The final home football game of the season, on November 6, was part of UMaine Athletics’ Military Appreciation Series, presented by Dead River Co., to honor service men and women. Military personnel, veterans, and their immediate family members received complimentary tickets to each of the selected games.
University of Maine Veterans Week activities included a flag ceremony on the Mall, a panel discussion on the student veteran experience, and gatherings for student veterans.
