Eighth grade teacher Kelsey Stoyanova ’14, ’18G was named Maine’s 2022 Teacher of the Year. Stoyanova teaches language arts at Reeds Brook Middle School in Hampden. She did her student teaching at Reeds Brook before becoming a teacher there. She earned a master’s in literacy education in 2018, and is working towards her educational specialist (Ed.S.) degree.
