Riley Clark, who will enter his senior year in the fall, is one of five national recipients of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) prestigious 2022 Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award. The award recognizes student-athletes who have overcome great personal, academic, and/or emotional odds to achieve academic success while participating in intercollegiate athletics.
As a first-year student and diver with UMaine’s swimming and diving team, Clark was diagnosed with cancer. Bear Tracks previously shared this interview with him.
