Here we go again — NO news is not good news. Your classmates want to know how retirement is treating you, how you survived the pandemic, and how and what you are doing.
At the end of November 2021, I took a tumble in my apartment and managed to fracture my right hip. Fortunately, I did not need surgery. I spent December and Christmas in the rehab center attached to Wesley Ridge, and am now in my “home away from home.” In my apartment, I use a Rollator (walker) to get around. When I go “out and about” I have to use a wheelchair. (They are afraid I will take another tumble!) My family is well and growing (step great-grandchild arrived in November 2021). She is a a cutie – aren’t they all – and lives in the San Francisco area.
