Four Maine Business School alumni joined Bangor Savings Bank as management trainees. The management program will take each alum through six months where they will rotate through all of the bank’s departments, implementing bank projects, working on their professional brands, leadership, and leadership skills.
The trainees include Emily Colter ’22, Sierra Dorney ’20, ’22G, Braden Soule ’22, and Allison Treat ’22. Each is currently working alongside David Pease, senior vice president and director of talent, diversity and inclusion, to find the best fit for their respective strengths, interests, and passions. In January they will choose a field and begin technical training, and between March and June they will be promoted as a professional manager or individual contributor at the bank.
