The University of Maine Chemistry Department has several 2019 alumni making great strides in their fields. Angus Koller pursued his Ph.D. in inorganic and radiochemistry at Stony Brook University. Her community work includes serving on the board of directors for the Bangor Region YMCA, Maine Multicultural Center, and Good Shepherd Food Bank.

As a proud mother of Black Bears, I wanted to share that my son, Noah Lambert ’25, participated in recording the eclipse on April 8th. He was part of a team that launched a high-altitude balloon to livestream the eclipse! Find more info in UMaine News.
