Black Bear hockey fans will be able to watch seven home games live on Portland and Bangor television channels. Thanks to a partnership with UMaine Athletics and its multimedia rights partner, Black Bear Sports Properties, the select games will air live on WVII ABC 7 or WFVX FOX 22 Bangor and Maine’s CW – WPXT Portland.
The first of these broadcasts will take place on Friday, Oct. 22 when the Black Bears officially open their home game schedule against Sacred Heart at 7:30 p.m. live on ABC 7.
