Dear Class of 1980,
Enjoying this lovely autumn day, and fondly remembering college days. I continue my work as a nurse, while being very aware of how precious time is. Planning a trip this spring to celebrate a special birthday.
George Burgess is chief operating officer at Becker & Poliakoff, a law firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is a senior government relations consultant and also co-chairs the firm’s public private partnership practice team. Fellow UMaine grad Hugo Alvarez ’95 also works at the same firm.
