REUNION October 26-28 at Homecoming
Thirty-five years! Can you believe it? This fall, we will have our 35th Class Reunion during Homecoming, the weekend of October 26-28, 2018. This is a milestone anniversary. If you live out of state, think about planning your vacation around these dates to enjoy the fall weather and visit your classmates. Take in the football game, go to the huge craft fair at the field house, and enjoy some entertainment at the Collins Center for the Arts. And of course, enjoy good food and drink at the Bear’s Den and Pat’s Pizza!
Here’s an update on some of your classmates: F. A. Peabody hired Mark Putnam as a commercial sales executive for the business community of central Aroostook County. Bar Harbor Bankshares is pleased to announce the promotion of Kimberly Nason ’89G as senior VP, retail lending support manager. Neal Pratt has joined the law firm of Pierce Atwood as a partner in the firm’s litigation department. Neal has more than 28 years of experience, and specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation. He and his family live in Scarborough.
The Maine Warden Service has awarded the Meritorious Service Award “Operation Game Thief” to Tom Ward. Augusta city engineer Lionel Cayer retired early this year. Lionel was involved in many positive changes to the city of Augusta’s infrastructure, including road projects, building construction and renovation, and design and oversight of the Kennebec River Rail Trial.
