Wow — can you believe it’s been 15 years, Class of 2005? Time sure flies. It’s been so much fun catching up with DC-area Black Bears as well as those visiting the area. Please let us know if you are capital-bound — we’d love to meet up!
Congratulations to Leanne Burnham G on her appointment as the director of guidance at Boothbay Region High School. Leanne is a Maine native who went away for undergrad and lived out of state before returning to Maine. She previously worked at Kent’s Hill School in Readfield. Leanne sits on the Regional School District 2 school board in addition to her professional obligations. She enjoys working one-on-one with students at Boothbay Region High School, getting to know them, and guiding her students to make the most of their time no matter what they end up doing post graduation.

Our column this go-round was a bit skinny — looking forward to the news that 2020 brings! Be sure to put our 15-year Reunion on the calendar (October 16-18), where Maine football will be playing Villanova and other fun activities for our class are planned. See you then, if not before!
