We have some very interesting folks in our class and this webinar (our first) is focused on Dan Churchill ’63 who with wife Betty made provisions in their estate plan to leave approximately $6.5 million to UMaine to be used in very specific ways.
I will be interviewing Dan live via Zoom so we can all hear about his fascinating journey from UMaine through the CIA, Air Force, EXXON, 23 years in Europe, Seattle, to choosing UMaine, specifically the Climate Change Institute and School of Policy and International Affairs, for their targeted philanthropy.
The Zoom session will allow questions from the audience via the chat function.
